can we get something so i can change and save settings, but not have to restart the server, I usually end up having to abandon changes until i wake up int he morning to make changes, and usually forget about them just because i don't want to kick 10+ players off for a restart

Alright, so I've started a server and it's intended to be over powered, however i'm looking into having the gather rate stay the same, but have less lag on the server, and i hope to do this by somehow getting the gathered items transfer into inventories faster. I'm been on other servers before, where you can go up to a plant and harvest it, and it gives things in bulk, and not like an increasing number of sorts. Where you can get 200 instantly, instead of 253 after a second or two. It's my understanding that this will get rid of the lag that happens when people harvest rocks, plants, bodies. I'm yet to find out how this is done, can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks
