  1. Having the same issue today. Deleting the mod folder (this time I know which mod it is, 682394267 Indominus Rex) and restarting to trigger an update did the trick. Im wondering of some mods just dont update properly from time-to-time. Not sure what the heck that is about.
  2. Is there a way to set the restart time? I mean so that it restarts every day at like 03:00 without staying up until 03:00 and initiating a restart? If there is I might have missed it. A scheduler would be awesome for that.
  3. Its pretty exciting, huh?!? Its so cool! You can manually do it, let me know if you need/want some help with that, but I dont know what the new official patch is going to have on that. People are saying that the official version has no dinos, resources and some people are falling through the world. Might be best to wait a few days until all that stuff is ironed out.
  4. I dont know what is going on, but the "Custom Launch Parameters" checkbox will not stay checked since this morning. I cannot therefore launch a custom map or mods. I click it and reenter TheCenter map workshop number and it reverts to a normal unmodded server upon update. Please help! (Edit. Performed a rollback. Looks like it is working! Fingers crossed! TY)
  5. The configuration was unchanged by me and WERE working and then stopped. I didnt change anything in my configurations and it stopped working. I just restarted the server a few times trying to trigger updating of mods that were previously updated automatically and it didnt. Then I deleted all the mods and let it autoupdate. That seems to work. It seems to have worked .
  6. I sort of did. The autoupdate feature is not updating them. SO basically in order for me to get the server working each time there is a mod update I have to: - Check which mods need updating - Delete EITHER all the mods or the specific out of date mod(s) folders and NFO files via FTP - Restart the server and hope it DLs them anew OR manually update mod files from my machine via FTP and restart This is a weird frustrating bug...
  7. I have deleted all the mods and tried a full redownload. *crosses fingers*
  8. Not sure what is going on, but my server (#16510) is not updating mods for whatever reason. A few mods have updated today and when I restart my server or attempt to update them nothing is DLed or updated. The FTP indicates the mods in question are not being updated and my players cannot log in to this server. At first I thought that the issue might be something wrong with the steam, but our GTX and BlueFang servers updated fine, so I dont know. Please help.
  9. Man, I hope so. RN forcing the poor server to full on load the game files is just ridiculous. Hopefully it will greatly streamline the updating and restart process.
  10. Not sure what is going on, but my server ( #16510)is not updating mod content upon restart or attempted forced steam update. I have checked and our personal content is up to date. Could you look into this? I attempted to file a ticket, but the page timed out.
  11. I need to add several additional lines to the gameusersettings.ini and I dont see an option for that on the CP screen. Do I just DL the file via FTP modify it and upload it or is there a way to do this via the CP?
  12. I use ARK Server Launcher (The official launcher tool for ARK http://steamcommunity.com/app/346110/discussions/10/530649887219814834/) and I wanted to know what my various port and passwords were to enter into this. Most specifically I need to know the ArkRemoteConfig.json information to configure my launcher. I cannot find the ARK remote access password, ip or port listed anywhere on my control panel. Any help would be appreciated.
