Low resource health will make gathering instant, but if you also have high resource gathering, the game will slow because of the sheer amount of resources collected at once that it has to account for. Say, you hit a metal rock with a pick once, it is destroyed, and you gain 1200 metal, some stone, etc. It slows when you gain a ton of resources at a time. It's the same if you have a high level bronto that sweeps a ton of bushes at once. It causes lag. It's the server settings, not player stats.

I've been having this issue since the update and I've been pulling my hair out all day installing and uninstalling and unsubscribing from mods. I really wish there was a way to make sure mods are updated and properly set up in your mods folder, it has been agonizing, and still no fix.
