    I'm running into this same issue. Service has been really bad all week long. Super frustrating and disappointing.

    No ability to update. No response to tickets. No response on when this issue will be resolved via twitter or forums. Can someone recommend a server that is both easy to mod and update?

    I've been trying to update my server to v228 repeatedly since last night. Opened a ticket and still no reply. I can understand delays but we're going on 12 hrs now.
