actually wow you guys better wake up now cause that email I got I just noticed i think it features every single person's username and bill rofl good luck everyone im sure they will get better I just done got time for it

I got really nervous knowing you mailed me a bill in someone’s name for an ark server it appear it was fixed but I got the email on a screenshot if you need proof. when my server was started it was linked to another server to lol honestly I think I’m done here I got my own vps and did a Palword dedicated server and got control now of the resources allocated to me dedicated domain and support but I don’t got energy to go on an on literally this was the worst experience that I had with a host my entire life now I’m billed by someone else’s server till it was fixeD I don’t trust my information or data is safe here

Thank you I decided to turn it off as well and haven't seen a restart but to early to be certain, thanks for the extra input you giving!

My server just started shutting itself down after a good long session today... Now it's just one after another it if it is off being able to turn itself on would be a nice option during the hours I am away.

For me, my issue with FTP seems to come and go but my server also is not restoring a backup I'm waiting for a restore on mine. I got 550 FTP Access issues but I can see all my files even download while shutdown. So I was unable to even upload a backup if I had one but there were times my FTP has worked I am personally at a standstill right now because of my backup situation. Make sure to use the FTP to change PalWorldSettings.ini I believe they have bugs currently with the server settings tool on the control panel.

Yes, I got an email and that did get resolved before my ticket took some time but it did sort it self out.

I have the same issue still been waiting for my stuff to show up in the control panel but the invoice was paid and things are active. I submitted a ticket looking forward to setting things up
