I doubt they going to do that via there ticket system, I suggest find alternative route to find refund. going to do same, had enough now... both PalWorld and Enshrouded both same issue's, constantly down, no support.. help.

this still isn't working, no support a ticket response which takes days. I'm just about done with this host right now.

showing online now, but don't see the server at all in the browser.. plenty of other providers are online... this is disaster for both this game and pal world with non-existent staff

problem is, mine is not showing at all in the server list. but its online.. and no way to connect via I.P Directly..

server now is showing its online... but its not in game, don't see it still. this is ridiculous, I can see ton's of servers up, different providers.. nothing but problems.

not working, please help. showing "unknown" for all of us with you...

yea that's the only button available... don't see anything else, still say's unknown, I'm guessing they need to do a server patch. not client side like we had??

Hello. there was a small patch to fix the dedicated server - joining button/crash. however it was not showing in the server list, did a update/reboot and its still "unknown"

yep same here and we get no notifications if we not in game its happening. it stops, doesn't restart atm, its totally unplayable to be running the server. we also not had any update since weekend.

we have this on our server currently. which has now resulted in people leaving the server and moved on another. I don't wish to wipe characters or server, waiting for a fix... but nothing.

yep same, constant crashes still, every hour pretty much or so

mine is locked and I cannot restart or do anything to the server. so right now unplayable.

Has anyone else had there server completely locked? due to a ticket that was responded to 8+ hours later, we've had nothing but server crashes since launch. all my players have started to leave and go with other hosts and move elsewhere. I'm unable to even start, reset, make fresh as its all locked down. Staff intervention One of our staff members is currently intervening on your server. You may not start, stop, restart, or update your game server until the intervention lock is removed.

as you can see, its been up and down constantly since release, every couple hours it would crash. I think due to memory leak within the game, but hopefully can be fixed and resolved.

I've had server crashes everyday, server would also go down everyhour at peak time for everyone, I think game has had memory leaks. I understand being early access and amount of servers running atm. it has been very frustrating to say the least.
