  1. So it's been a full day since I received an email asking if we were ready. I said yes, and the server was not updated. So I went to update it myself. I am not allowed to FTP the new Jar? If you guys are unable to handle the files in a timely fashion, could *I* have proper access to do it myself?
  2. Is there an eta on when 1.14 will be added to the dropdown?
  3. Switch to a different server location, seattle is broken
  4. I purchased a cluster server, set all the tribute/item/dino downloads to true. Main server is Ragnarok. Cluster is Scorched Earth (Ragnarok does not have ALL resources) I go to the Obelisk and click [Travel to another server] No sessions found. GAME SERVER ID #30935 EDIT It's working now. Must have just taken a bit of time to sync
  5. Okay, so I have figured out a few things about the web settings. FIrst, the web settings does not pull their values from the individual servers files. So changes that are NOT made in the server settings (manually editing the ini) do not stay when you use the server settings interface. What *should* happen, is the server settings should populate from the individual .ini. That way your different settings don't get set on peoples servers. I have so much that I have to go back and change and hardly know where to start. I have deleted the custom level loadout, but I am sure that is not going to fix my problem. I have deleted the override user XP settings that shouldnt have been there in the first place, but my high level still can't gain XP. If you are comfortable editing the ini, you should probably keep doing it that way unless you want it to totally change the dynamic of your server. This also changed the dinosaurs levels on my server, which had been no more than 30 prior to using the web tool. Basically, the web tool is a great idea, but until it pulls it's information from the individual server, this is not a tool that will do me any good.
  6. Yeah, all the character level editing is doing is messing things up. I didn't edit any of it, so I didn't realize it has it's own set of default values and that it would change the dynamics of my entire server. Having settings applied that I never applied or having settings disabled that I didn't set is kind of annoying. I have a level 69 player who is not gaining xp.
  7. According to the level cap in the editable menus, 78 is the cap.
  8. I don't know who you are, but perhaps it would be wise of you not to talk down to people. What SHOULD be happening is a main server should call in the update, and all of the rest of the servers should update from it locally, so that there is no dependency on the steam servers. That would be the most efficient method. Also, now my server won't even start.
  9. I am having the same issue as we speak, should I be submitting a ticket? I have done the waiting 20/30 minutes, and rebooted a few times with no avail.
  10. for me today, server 7945 just says it updates to 193 and does not. Once loaded up it still states 192, and my users are unable to see it in the list. I have put in a support ticket but I don't know the number because it did not load the page properly as I recieved a bunch of xml instead. :/ Can we get my server back up?
