how do you make server mesages loop? I cant find it..

more or less one they spawn a car its not poping up on the id saying it has a key

so its 100% infistar no clue :\

so i think it maybe infstar someone out there have a clue? its ever time some buys a car they get a key but it wont unlock the car they have not tell wait after reset then the key works

i do run infstar someone have this happen to there server?

So when the server restarts the keys work but when you first buy it they don't some one know why?

So at my traders when people buy cars and stuff they don't have a key some times.. not sure whats going on there and also dose someone have a set up so players can change how far they can see?
