So, just to make sure my ticket wasn't glitched, how long does it normally take to receive support email confirmation? I made a ticket half an hour ago about the same issue (after spending a day or so trying all the different fixes users suggested in this thread), but haven't received a support ticket number confirmation in my email. I made this forum account less than five minutes ago and received an activation confirmation after I refreshed my inbox.
