I'm having more or less this issue, I made a post for it down the page, but another issue i could point to is that the ticket system doesn't give you a ticket number if you aren't signed in, so I can't even add that particular piece of information to this post. Server 7501, no updating, won't stop, backups on the control page are out of date.

Hi, I'm trying to update to 190. I tried to update it normally and the page loads very quickly and with no changes. Pushing stop on the server also loads very quickly, and without stopping the server. My backups in the folder are current, but they aren't showing on the server page. I have no idea what to do to make it pay attention to me once more. Server 7501

Just a note that my server no longer appears to be generating backups as of 4 days ago, and i don't want to lose everything without a backup. Is there some dumb easy thing I'm overlooking, or did i break it somehow? Server 7501

Wiping steamapps folder did not help at all. Now the server won't even pretend to start.

I would also like to add my server to this growing list of Loading... Version ??? servers after attempting the 189 update. #7501
