    Server will not restart...you mean I might have to wait 24 hours like the fellow above...I have waited the posted time of 20 minutes 3 times now...I'm at about 45 minutes now, and it will not do anything but say "updating and restarting yourserver" . The quality of limbo wondering what is happeneing is quite aggravating especially since one needs to load the server immediately when it finally restarts (whenever that may be). Ticket number 136599.
