  2. Ditto. Pushed the update and now I'm stuck in loading, ID: 6373 Still waiting on a ticket response.
  3. Hoping this post will get some awareness as I've been unable to use my server for almost five days now. After 208.66.73.58 went down I followed the advice of my original ticket handler to move my game server to another physical server. I did so and ran a Backup Restore. Now my server is showing as Ready to Join, but shows up as "not-responding" on Steam under the Server browser. It cannot be found in ARK, and if I try to launch the server through the Survival Launcher the game just hangs in loading forever. Is anyone else having the same issue? I understand that the support staff is really backed up and that's why the ticket response has been really slow, but I have a lot of users who would like to use this server that I just re-upped my subscription for. I'm trying to be understanding as I know this is probably a Steam/ARK issue, but it is also very frustrating. Ticket Number is 372848.
