I believe the seasonal events will automatically run as long as they are in season! You would want to check the boxes off if you wanted to try enabling the event out of season.

If your server is a new rental and stuck on starting, please apply the update to install the files needed for the first boot.

When renting a new server, be sure to select the "Yes, Run Update" option in the game update drop down menu, then press the large green "Save Settings and Restart" button on the bottom of the page! That will install the files needed for the first boot and get your server online! What is your Game Server ID, we can push the update if you have any trouble.

Have you submitted a support ticket so we can look into this? It is likely due to a corruption in the region file. We can get this resolved if it is still occurring.

Try following these steps! To reclaim dinos and structures from your previous tribe, please do the following: Open up the console and type in enablecheats ADMINPASSWORD , where ADMINPASSWORD is the password you have set in the control panel for administrative access. Create a new tribe for yourself. Go to your previous tribe's structures and make sure you have it targeted. With a structure targeted, open up the console and type TakeAllStructure. You should have full ownership of the structures as if you created them yourself. Now, to claim ownership of the tribe's dinos, type in TakeAllDino with the structure still targeted. You should now have full ownership of all dinos that were previously owned by your old tribe.

I imagine that an error was made in the config files. Try deleting them, running an update/validate and see if you can then join with a clean file.

You are able to back up the data via FTP before the server is cancelled! You will want to save the "Saves" and "Data" folders found in the root directory of FTP!

Did you try running an update after restoring the back up, it will not install the mods if an update was not ran.

What is it you need assistance with?

Run the update/validate option and it will reinstall the necessary files and start a clean world.

Pick the option that says Version 19, it will download the latest stable build which is A20. We just need to update the text that is shown in the field to reflect it is now A20.

Adding the option EnableCryosicknessPVE=False to the GameUserSettings file should disable Cryosickness!

What is the Game Server ID of the server?

You are able to make a manual back up of the data, save it to your local PC, and then start a new map on the server. Then if you wanted to come back to that old map later, you could re-upload the data and select the old map to play on it once more!
