    server has been stuck loading with no ark version for bout 30 hours now, i had some1 reply to ticket 5 hours ago said they would fix still not loading ticket 486247 help please my tribe gunna spear me irl :}

    was working fine yesterday then i just did a norm restart no update,it hasnt come back up since. i tried redoing the parameters ,still no good then i tried just a normal start not custom. still gets stuck on loading server id 6865 i have ticket no 486247 need help thx :} its been stuck for more than 24 hours now ive run the update heaps of times still getting no ark version and stuck loading
