I did this just now but with the Christmas Event and still did not remove the Holiday event from our server. Server is still 276.13. I put in a ticket. Please assist and thank you. Ticket #647644 GAME SERVER ID #43346

I had this happen to me last night as well. My server ini stuff went to default after a restart. Needless to say i was pissed cause I had alot of custom configs with the xp lvls and engrams. Today I made an effort to try to reenter all the settings with in the modify server config tool, and after 3 hours of reentering all the settings for players and dino lvls. I saved again, and when the server came back up, it act as i did nothing! What the hell is going on and is there a way to restore my settings, because I do not want to spend more time again reentering these settings. It also should be noted that I did a backup restore which did nothing for the ini settings ang gameuser settings. All that did was restore the map and saved data for in game. Support Ticket Opened [#346854] GAME SERVER ID #21022 Server status unknown. I even tried to do the update and it quickly refreshed and still says unknown. Please assist and thanks.

Yea, I wasn't blaming you guys for it. It was our choice to try it, however I figured as much that the map was broken. I returned back to the basic map. Thank you for trying.

Sadly I Am still having issues :'(. I made a ticket video response showing what I did in every step. Same ticket number and server ID. Ticket #699996 GAME SERVER ID #6432 Please help me. Is there a place or website you can go to advertise your Ark server? I only have 2 active people on my server currently and I wanted to go about seeing if I could get our name out there a bit. Not looking for a big community since I'm only a 30 slot server, but be nice to have a few more people on it. Any Ideas or advice? Thanks!

I rented a new server around 2 am central time..payment went through and all and its still not up...i haven't been able to log in not one time..

I rented this server approx. 4 hours ago and it is still stuck at the loading status in the control panel. I attempted to restart it once after 2 hours of waiting for this thing to actually be able to log in to play for the first time but to no avail. I did not see anywhere in the order form prior to purchase that there was going to be a long wait time for this to server to start. Please assist. Thanks.
