I turned restarts off on the first day once I heard about the rollbacks. I thought this could have been the issue, just spotted it on reddit but the poster says it's only affecting official servers: http://www.reddit.com/r/playark/comments/397f29/regarding_the_recent_server_outages/

Can someone explain what just happened to my server? Game server ID 5710. I had 25 players online and suddenly the server is stopped and everyone has lost an hour of progress. Now I have 25 angry players asking me what happened and I can't honestly tell them.

Alright, it seems to be working now thank god. For anyone else that gets this, it seemingly just fixed itself.

Just tried to force an update again and now I can't access the control panel at all.. this is wonderful.

I think they might be having some trouble right now as my server control panel has become completely inaccessible after being fine for the past few days.

Have your guys servers actually come back up? I just took mine down to update and it's been sat on "Loading..." for about 50 minutes now.

I restarted our server to update it about 20 minutes ago and it's still sitting on Loading too. It's never taken this long before and I'm starting to get worried, because we had about 20 players including a new group online.
