    Only recently joined survivalservers community and we now have an "unknown" server since yesterday. GAME SERVER ID #149859 Support Ticket 721962 Tnx for any help

    Hiya all, Only recently started renting an Ark server for a group of friends to play on. Everything has been going ok untill yesterday. The server entered the status "unknown" and can't be rebooted through the control panel (only launch is clickable which starts up steam and says server is down). Anyone know if this is a common issue with ark servers? I've already made a ticket (about six hours ago) but figured I might also ask here. Thanks in advance Moss
