  1. Ticket #121323 Game Server ID: #5800 IP: 167.114.172.215:19815 Hostname: Cute Fluffy Dinosaurs Thank you for looking into my issue.
  2. I have tried all of these steps and more in the exact order provided on multiple occasions since around 5:00AM PST. The only step I haven't repeated in the last hour is switching my server location. I switched it an hour or two ago to Dallas and I do not want to attempt switching it again for fear that I will lose the location and/or break my Control Panel. Changing my server location was what caused the "white control panel" issue for me yesterday.
  3. Unfortunately, we're all in the same boat. Or would 'ark' be the more appropriate analogy? Yeahhhh~!
  4. I know how you feel. I'm a streamer and streaming these games at launch is a very big deal. I missed out on that because my control panel was white and I had to wait for someone to respond to my tickets and fix it. Even now my server is not working for reasons that are unknown. I'm really hoping they can fix these issues for all of us before the day is over.
  5. I had the same issue and it wasn't resolved until I made a couple of tickets about it. I think you will have to put in a ticket and wait for them to fix it.
  6. I've done a lot of searching for the same information and all I've managed to find from an official source are the launch parameters. My understanding is that these are CVARs, so you wouldn't use them as commands; you'd use them for launching the server. Example: ShooterGameServer.exe?TheIsland?ServerPVE?ServerCrosshair?GlobalVoiceChat?AllowThirdPersonPlayer I am not aware of there being any Admin Commands along the lines of kicking or banning players. This is a tremendous oversight if true and I would hope that ARK will be updated soon to provide us with the commands/tools that we need to actually administrate our private servers.
  7. This being my second day of issues with Survival Servers, I ordered a server from Bluefang so that I have some kind of backup option. That was several hours ago and my server order is still being "processed" with an estimated wait time of 24 hours, according to their Twitter. Whether you stay here or go there, you're still going to be playing the waiting game with the rest of us for awhile unfortunately.
  8. My server (ID #5800) was running fine six hours ago. It had nearly reached capacity when I began receiving messages from players that it needed to be restarted. After restarting the server from the Control Panel it did not come back online even though the server status was listed as "started". I made three attempts to restart the server over the course of one hour (waiting 10-20 minutes in-between to see if the server cam back online), but to no avail. Afterwards, I "stopped" my server and ran an ARK update. I waited 30 minutes in-between the update finishing and restarting my server again when it did not come back online. This has been going on for six hours and my server has not come back online even once. The Control Panel still lists my server's status as being "Started" and I can connect to the FTP without any issues. I have submitted multiple tickets and received no response. I understand that Survival Servers is currently inundated with requests at this time, but could I get some kind of update as to the present status of my server, or some explanation as to why it is even offline? I'm a streamer and I skipped out on streaming this game at launch because I was waiting for Survival Servers to fix my Control Panel (it was stuck on a white screen). I have not streamed yet today because I have been attempting to get my server back online. I'd just like some kind of update as to what is going on because none of the other streamers that I know who have purchased servers have been having these issues.
