    As said above get a free ftp program stop it server. Right click mission file select edit make ur changes and select save then execute the update Que in ur ftp and ur set bud

    Is it server locked? In youre survival servers control panel see if u have a password under server lock. If so delete it update ur cp. Then in rcon execute unlock server.

    Stop it server the select force update in the drop down. The start server. If that doesn't fix it update ur battle eye. Problems still? Open support tickets ss is very fast at resolution
