EDIT: That I do not know as it should be either the same or a bigger size if you are adding more to it. Unless you are taking away stuff then it will shrink. If it works thou on your server I wouldn't complain lol as smaller pbo means less time ppl have to download it. EDITED OUT: When you pack the pbo back up it compresses the files unlike when you open the file it decompresses all the files allowing them to be edited. The more edits you do thou the large each file should get. Thou the .pbo compressed file should always be a little less than the un compressed file.

Head to the support section of the website or hit the link provided. Send in a ticket and your server will be manually set up. Sometimes the server bugs up and does not fully set up the server making it look like it has not been set up. https://survivalservers.kayako.com/

You have to install it in the pbo yourself. When you pay the $20 or $40 you are purchasing the infiSTAR antihack. Click on the little ! next to the checkbox for the antihack and you will find the info you need to install. If you have any questions feel free to ask me and I will try my best to help with the instillation (hopefully I will get a video out soon)

For the FTP error you may need to reset your password inside of your control panel. look for this toward the bottom: As for the server pbo causing errors. they are normally caused by bad mods being installed. Make sure all of your mods are compatable with the current version of arma.

When you install the antihack make sure you add the right battleye files. the folder you download for the install should have a selection for each mod.

I will do some research and see what I come up with. The Custom heli crash loot mod may help but I am not fully sure. let me take a look around first.

Inside of your control panel toward the bottom left. you will see a section to reset your password. Also at the top under your database section it should show what your current password is. On another note you state that you game is not starting. Which might be an issue with the server set up process (which is fixable). They just need to manually set up the server.
