Welcome and yes simply change that false to true and your server will have self blood bag. that was added in the new update of dayz since so many players loved it the developers of the mod decided to add it into the coding.

Try using this backpack for it. I know this one works as it is what I use. Very nice. If I used it on my server it would more than likely have to be reconfigured to work with napf sadly. I thought about making something similar to this but for a prison.

Thanks for the information. Also yes keeping a back up is always recommended. I have a folder called "Works" i put my pbo's in once I know they work without errors.
