Hi everyone, I recently set up an ARK: Survival Evolved server through Survival Servers (PC), and I’m running into a couple of issues I hope someone can help with. I'm trying to load a custom map (specifically [insert map name, e.g., Fjordur, Crystal Isles, etc.]) along with several mods. The server shows as "Running" in the control panel, but when I try to join through Steam or direct connect, it either times out or kicks me back to the main menu. Here's what I’ve done so far: Added the map and mod IDs in the control panel correctly (in the respective fields) Verified that the mods are in the correct order Rebooted the server multiple times after saving changes Checked for syntax errors or spaces in the command lines I'm wondering: Is there a specific setup I need for custom maps? Do I need to manually update anything in the GameUserSettings.ini or Game.ini? Could the internal mod downloader be failing? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! If you need logs or mod IDs, I can post them here. Thanks in advance!

Sorry for this problem as it is currently a server side issue we are working on getting fixed up with the developers.

I am not able to update the server to the latest version with update or update and validate. we are unsure if its game side or server side
