You should be able to set the admin password on the panel to have it set in the serversettings.ini file. If it is not working please send a ticket in and we can see what may be causing the problem.

How do I become an admin on my server?

Just purchased my server i saved to change the name and on control panel it says active but in server setting exc it says stopped and wont start
