We may of already replied to the ticket as I am not currently seeing it on my end. If no reply has been received please let me know in a dm what the ticket id is.

Negative, I am still currently having this issue on my server. It has been an issue for the last 48ish hours. I do have an open ticket for it as well. 

If you still spot this problem please send a ticket in for us to better help.

It should be the port listed to the right of your ip on the panel.

I believe we fixed this issue earlier. Let us know in a ticket if you still spot this problem.

By chance are you able to right click to zip the files you wish to download and then download the zip of those files?

i get that i need to do it through ip address but what is the port?

Anyone else having issues with the server stopping on it's own? And then not being able to be started back up without using the "Save settings and restart" button for that to only work for about 10-15 minutes? Also once done having to go back into the "manage server" in game and reload the server from there. Any known fixes? Or is this a SurvivalServer issue?
