Why is Survival Servers Ignoring it's customers?

Where is the loyalty anymore?

 

With any business, you have to put your product and customers first. This server seems to just ignore everyone's issues and pass it along as "it's not their problem" attitude. Maybe it's time everyone dropped them at the same time, than we will see where it all goes no?

 

I noticed half the administrators and moderators profiles there last visit on here was MAY. Really? It's almost July, do your job!

 

Can any admin or moderator "MAN UP" and explain your ignorance? (oh wait nobody comes on here anymore)

 

Best service guy so far is Craig Hauer! everyone else sucks

Short on staff? Im pretty sure i can name all the people who work for them. Most dont even get paid, they just get free server time and all mods they want.

 

It's a bunch of kids. I will give them time, Im just frustrated and waiting to make sure everything is running before i open up the server

 

And this kind of post should kick them into high gear not slack! it is their responsibility to inform their customers what is going on at the least THE LEAST they can do is post a message to tell everyone there is an issue sorry we are working on it. Than i wouldnt have to come on here and bitch about it.
