Server Tools mod wont load, complains of finding multiple DLLs

Server tools version 12.* + is only for a17, v12.* will not work on a16

We used to have Server Tools installed some months ago. Now it's been significantly updated since we last used it, and we wanted to add it our server again. It's refusing to load, with the output log:

Indeed the mod does have multiple dll files in the same directory, after uploading. I dont know if this multiple dll's found and then refusing to load the mod is something native to the game server or what. It's quite a popular mod, yet Im not seeing waves of people posting about how it's refusing to load because of multiple dll's. I'm lost as to why it seems to just be us or how to resolve. Thanks!
