Editing my Game.ini?

I've had my Ark server for a few weeks now, and was able to do everything I needed via the "Modify Server Config" tool in the control panel. But now I am looking to modify the spawn rates for mod dinos, which means I can't get away with fiddling with the dino config under modify server. I tried adding the spawn parameters in the "Custom .ini Code" box at the bottom, but that adds it to the GameUserSettings.ini instead of the Game.ini. So I am wondering how to get to/edit my Game.ini

Location of the .ini files when logged in to FTP:

/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/Game.ini
/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer/GameUserSettings.ini

 

To edit/upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method:
 

1. Stop your server from the panel
2. Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel
3. Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file
4. After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel
