GamerPerfection 5 Report post Posted July 9, 2017 What setting have you used to make it x6?
StevenMacchia 11 Report post Posted July 19, 2017 You can use the custom launch parameter options to increase the difficulty even higher, if you'd like.
cdpowerman5000 4 Report post Posted July 20, 2017 ^^^ The option you would add is ?OverrideOfficialDifficulty= and a number to dictate the difficulty. 5.0 for example is level 150. You then would run a destroywilddinos command to spawn in the new level range.
BlackT 0 Report post Posted July 20, 2017 In the "Modify Server Config" section, should the Difficulty Offset not do this then when I type in 10, I want level 300 creatures. Why do we still need to add ?OverrideOfficialDifficulty=10 to the launch parameters box at the bottom of this same section? Just curious. Kjarstin 22 Report post Posted July 20, 2017 you need to tell your game to Override the default settings with the OverrideOfficialDifficulty setting. The Difficulty offset is a multiplier based on the default setting. So you have to tell the game to ignore the default and replace it with X number, then tell the offset to adjust that number. I know it seems a long way around but sometimes that's how code works
