Dallas server has bad ping

I'm right next to Dallas and I get over 100ms ping to my server. Will this get better over days or what is the problem?

I can confirm that I live in Austin, Texas and have normal pings for a Dallas server. I would try pings to other Dallas related IPs. If youre getting a common reply latency which is high its possible its your network.

I live north of Houston and get anywhere from 40-120 Pings to Dallas. Most tend to be around the 60ms range though.

Ran PingPlotter for about 3 hours to the server in Dallas from Austin, Texas. Showing around 10-13ms consistently. Spikes every now then due to bandwidth utilization on my internal corporate network.

Yeah i get those 10 - 14ms speeds as well but by the time the game takes over and processes its info the in game will show 60+ 
But hey I remember trying to play UO on a 14.4 modem so I try not to fuss.
