How do I install TheVolcano Map

How do I install this map to my game server I'm very lost.

#1 Locate the map ID from the map page in the Steam workshop.

You then grab the ID from that string.

 

Map ID = 715028562

 

#2 Set map = Custom

 

#3 Check Custom Launch Parameters

 

#4 Click the info box next to Map ID to get information on how to set a custom map

I need help with this, and the interface isn't the same....the custom box pop's up automatically with a bunch of info already in it...there is nothing there though that looks like what the map id info says to replace?

I am also having problems installing the Volcano map, it is rendering a huge headache, the checkbox that it says I should check, isnt there.

copy and paste this in launch parameter line fill in the info that has the x's placed . If you wish to add mods after the map mod on the end add ?GameModIDs= and start adding mod id's make sure to put a , between each mod id and try to keep them in the same order as you did for the Mod Id section above. Hope this helps anyone that needs it.
