novalicious 0 Report post Posted August 2, 2013 this morning (im in europe so its now night for me) i opened a ticket with a complaint about one of the services. when i check back i see that that ticket has been closed without even a response from anyone? is that normal? i find it kinda that tickets just get closed without giving us any confirmation that you have actually read this?
