Because i would like to change to order of some mods that need to start first to work properly What ever mods you have in the Mod ID field on your panel, that is the order as Niva mentioned. This automatically changes it into the game settings. So no need to mess with those. Is there something that is not working? check with all your mods and the creators page on Steam, they all typically list mods that don't work well with each other or hinder spawns.
