Primitive + engrams missing?

I have Primitive + loaded into the conversion ID field and it loads, because I am getting items from that conversion (i.e., iron, claystone, etc.)  My launch parameters are:
 
TheCenter?Multihome=<hiddenIP address>?Port=<hidden port>?QueryPort=<hidden port>?SessionName=<hidden servername>?MaxPlayers=10?listen?ServerPassword=<hidden password>?ServerAdminPassword=<hidden password>?RCONEnabled=True?RCONPort=<hidden port>?AltSaveDirectoryName=<hidden ark #>?GameModIDs=<my list of mod ID's>

 

Obviously, I have not typed <hiddenIP address>....etc., into my command lines.  These are entered with the correct information.  I have changed it here for privacy.  

 

However, one engram that is missing for sure is the Construction Table engram, which is a game changer to say the least.  Also, I am unable to cook any poultry or spare ribs or use feathers, etc..  Have I done something wrong i the set up?

Try reinstalling primitive +. Stop your server, log into your FTP, delete all the content in this folder: ShooterGame/Content/Mods/

Then start your server up and it will install everything again. 

To upload/save/delete files via FTP, use the following method:
 

1. Stop your server from the panel
2. Log in to FTP using WinSCP (a free FTP software) using the connection details found in the "FTP Details" section of the game server control panel
3. Navigate to the directory you wish to upload or edit a file
4. After uploading your files in the proper directories, start your server from the panel

The above solution did not fix the issues for me.  I'm reading on steam forums that Primitive+ is not compatible with other mods, so those of us having this issue should probably try to remove all mods and see if that fixes the issues we're seeing with missing engrams.

This issue was not resolved per the tweet on August 9.  Yesterday (August 10) I tested it extensively.  I loaded Primitive+ (P+) and only P+ and got it to work.  I loaded one mod and P+ and it did not work.  I did this process at least twice to double check it.  

 

The issue isn't that P+ isn't loading.  It is - I have items from P+ in the game.  The issue is that P+ is apparently not compatible with other mods as engrams from P+ are hidden when other mods are loaded and changing the line to "allow hiding items" to false does not fix it either.
