Custom Map- Vahalla w/ The Sanctuary Total Conversion

Trying to get my server set up to run The Sanctuary Total Conversion on the Valhalla map. 

 

I've selected Custom Map from the drop down menu, and have input the conversion ID which seems to be working along with all of my mods, but when I enter the map ID for Vahalla, I am getting the Island.  Do I need to go through and use custom launch parameters to get this all to work together? I was hoping putting in the mod ID's in their respective fields in the control panel would be enough.
