My server shows that i have 21 players on 20 slots server

Hello, I am currently renting 20 slots server but my server always shows that it has (21/20 players) even though, when i check on "ShowMyAdminManager" I only see 14 players playing at that moment. Worse is that some of my players cannot join the server because it keeps saying that the server is full. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you :shock:

 

** point is its always over 20 players even when we were only 7-8 players online
