Going here-> http://oxidemod.org/ you will find various plugins to use. Each plugin will have installation instructions. For the most part, you basically download the plugin you want to use. Unzip it onto your hard drive. Edit any configuration files. Then upload the files to the appropriate server directory via FTP.
