Waiting on a server? (read here)

I know many people are coming here because of server issues and or waiting for their new server to come online. I just spoke with one of the tech team and he assured me that they are working hard including putting in 16 hour days to meet demand from the large amount of new customers. All hard drives are in the process of being upgraded to faster, more reliable, better performing ones. Survival servers has been more than fair with me and I'm sure they will be fair with you. If you have waited a long time the guarantee still stands but their may be a compromise. I hope everyone will remain patient and allow the tech team to continue to work hard to bring you what you have paid for. The forums are here to provide FAQ type support and support from the community.
