I just spoke with one of the tech team and he assured me that they are working hard including putting in 16 hour days to meet demand from the large amount of new customers. All hard drives are in the process of being upgraded to faster, more reliable, better performing ones. Survival servers has been more than fair with me and I'm sure they will be fair with you. If you have waited a long time the guarantee still stands but their may be a compromise. I hope everyone will remain patient and allow the tech team to continue to work hard to bring you what you have paid for. All tech support and/or communication with the owners of Survival Servers should be done via the contact us section of the home page.
