Any way to download a specific server backup?

Came home from work and there is another server running on the same IP and port that my server should be on. Can't control my server and tried to download the world,tribe and character data and got what looks like a brand new world.

 

Hoping that backups are still good but i have no way to check, unless anyone has any ideas.
