It's incredibly time consuming adding support for unofficial mod combinations. Not to mention the instability and the followup responsibility on our end as a result of releasing an unstable mod. You are, of course, free to install these mods on your own. You have full access via FTP and custom launch params (as you have described) to perform the install your self. It would be awesome to get a little installation guide going in this thread for people trying to do the same thing.. but as far as Survival Servers integrated support, it will take a few weeks.
