Moving ARK save world and server data from another hosting company

Currently moving from a horrible service to your servers and everything's been going smoothly, but I've come to a halt when it comes to updating the Island itself.

 

The tribe and survivor profiles all transfered just fine.

 

First up, I simply did bad. Tried uploading to the wrong folder, so nothing got transfered. Hadn't logged into the server for the first time, so it did not have any files created.

 

Got the folders and files ready and copied and replaced the TheIsland.ark file, but none of our work is on the island, along with tamed dino, items, etc.

I've tried stopping, restarting, reuploading the file and other things I don't even remember after uploading the TheIsland.ark file.

 

The server's Game ID is #9713

If you are transferring from another hosting service, this is the process:

 

#1 Stop server @ remote host

#2 FTP into remote host, download TheIsland.ark, *.arkprofile, *.arktribe

#3 Stop server

#4 FTP, remove the contents of the \ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArkXXXX (where XXXX = your gameserver ID)

#5 Upload TheIsland.ark, *.arkprofile, *.arktribe that you previously downloaded from remote host

#6 Start server
