I sent in a support ticket but wondered if anyone had any idea here. figured out thank you. keneda 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2024 We have the same issue on ours. I can leave and the server stays up, but another one of our players crashes it every time they leave. I do not think this is a survival servers issue rather a satisfactory dedicated server issue. You can stop the server in the survival server console and then start it, to bring it back online. cjkrythos 0 Report post Posted January 7 I seem to have this issue, but unsure if my issue is any different because of the added info I dont see mentioned here. The Survival Servers control panel says the server is online, but in the in-game Server Manager, it says "Offline" "Server name pending" "Not Authenticated" and when i click on the server anyway, it says "This server appears to be offline". I cant create a game or anything, all the tabs are blank. Just to be clear, this is my first time on this site or with using a paid hosting service. I signed up for the server on New Years Day and Ive been fighting with it when I have time between then and now, so kinda irritated because I rarely get time to play and Ive been using it to try to figure this out. I just found out about this forum earlier today and finally got time to sign up and make a post. I have earlier save files we had from a server I was running on my own, but it doesnt have the CPU anymore to keep up with how far we are into the game. Im hoping to transfer all the server files using the Server Manager once I get this running but I'm stopped at this particular issue. Back to the subject at hand, I mostly just need to know if this is something I'm doing, this is an issue with the game itself, or if this is something on your end. On the Control Panel, Ive selected to reinstall the server in case there was an issue during the initial install, but that didn't fix anything. Tried validating files too.
