Big server issues today?

Any survival server page loads extremely slow (invoices, tickets, control panel).

Server cant start / stop / restart. Any change in control panel leads to Server Stopping loop.

Cant connect to FTP or loading files / folders list leads to timeout - after reconnecting it sometimes loads folders, then opening folder with 1 small config file takes ages or leads to timeout.

I also tried reinstalling the server, but all actions inside control panel doesnt work.

So far my server worked prefectly, control panel pages too, but today it seems there are some huge problems?
