Dragonfly187 1 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 Trying to pay a invoice and it says goto "My Profile" page. When I do it is completely blank "White page" shows. Any other way to pay a invoice? Server is currently down because of auto-payment failure. Not sure why, called bank card OK. Created "Ticket #677846". However, I have users asking about the server right now and was wondering if there is a work around or URL link I'm missing to get this resolved. TERMINATION NOTICE - If this invoice is not paid by midnight tomorrow night (PST), your account and game server will be terminated and all data lost. Razor14150 0 Report post Posted September 27, 2015 use your FTP program and save your mods and all the files in the ShooterGame > Saved > SaveGames and ShooterGame > Saved > SavedArkXXXX (where XXXX is your server number) Sadly it is Sunday so I dont know if they will get back to you today.
