Oscar Juliet 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2013 Usually 24 hours is the maximum. Glad you are excited. Just remember to be patient and take things slow. It is really easy to rush in. NutsFathead 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2013 i know but that's something i dont have lol just hope its setup correctly, i have hired them from day.st and xstreaming before but them guys dont really care about your server as long as they have your money everything is ok(sorry for dissing other servers hosts just bad experience with them) it give me a bit more confidence that some one is actually setting up the server themselves i know its a time consuming process since i have tried my self with some successes but i looking forward to doing business with you guys and running a server with your company as host
Teckademics 0 Report post Posted April 1, 2013 Mine took about 5 hours till the server was up and then about 6 hours to update and get everything set up from what I could tell. It's worth the wait though.
Oscar Juliet 0 Report post Posted April 2, 2013 I can assure you survial servers cares about their customers. I was just like you at one point. Just another customer but this company has shown that they do care and will try to answer your issues. Support tickets may take a little longer to answer but you will get real answers that help you out if you make sure to provide all the details needed for the tech team to handle it.
