Need Help (new to Server running)

I need help currently, i am trying to make a level 250 player server with level 400 dinos

I got this to work for a temperoary time, how ever it all keeps get over written by the server.

I need help figuring this all out, i have done tickets but it seems with my new to server knowledge speak more common sense then the reply's i have gotton, At this point with the server being the way it is im about to take my bussiness to a different server host.

So if someone can tell me how to permeantly change lvl to 250 and dinos max tame lvl 120 and can level up to 300 levels past the tame it would be appreciated.

Also ticked me off i tried using their modify options with out going into the server files, by manually clicking 170 times and putting xp in for players up to lvl 250, and then raising dinos up to 400. Spent like 3 hours doing that because you got to do 1 at a time, and when i restarted the server it recent it all back to lvl 79 so that pissed me off royally.

EDIT nvm im currently dropping service with this company very little help from support and takes 6 hours for a response after each message.

Dude its a ticket system you have to give them some time as you are NOT there only customer and the world does NOT revolve around you. Usual respoce time to ANY support ticket ANYWHERE is 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. So 6 whole hourss on a SUNDAY is freaking amazing!

 

Now to answer your questions in case you or anyone else who reads this may need some help.

 

First log into your Survival Servers control panel and navigate to your ARK control panel. Once there click on the box that says "Modify Server Config"

 

 

After this scroll down until you see "Player Levels Configuration" Click "Add Level" for ever level you want to add. Just remember that level 79 on the control panel equals Level 81 in game, so on and so forth.

 

You do the same for Dinos as for players, EXCEPT remeber that each level in the control panel is the additional levels your dinos can get through experiance. So lets break this down. You tame a level 100 Argent but with a taming bonus of 50 levels, so when all is said  and done you start with a level 150 Argent. Now with how I understand how the Dino levels are set up SS control panel makes 119 additional levels. So a 150 tamed Argent will cap out at level 269.

 

After you get your player and dino levels configured scroll down and click on the button that says " Save Configuration and Restart Game Server"

 

And then if I understand things all should be working perfectly. If I have made any mistakes please let me know and I will update/fix this.
