Lilkinsly 4 Report post Posted July 8, 2015 If you haven't put a ticket in, do so. Also try changing your pword on the command console. See if you can get in then, if you can, then you can change it back. Hopefully you are using filezilla as the ftp guide linked above recommends, other programs have caused problems.
