server stuck at loading

was working fine yesterday then i just did a norm restart no update,it hasnt come back up since. i tried redoing the parameters ,still no good then i tried just a normal start not custom. still gets stuck on loading

its been stuck for more than 24 hours now ive run the update heaps of times still getting no ark version and stuck loading
