How to set time for Castle Siege Time Restricted?

When selecting the TimeRestricted option for Castle Siege, it should give us an option of specifying the times where we want Castles to have the opportunity to be "Sieged" .... However in the server configs when setting the Castle Raiding to "TimeRestricted" as specified in the options available below the input box, there is no information as to how to enter/display the allowed times for castle raiding.

When creating a solo server in-game you have that option... see screenshot below for reference...
