Server not starting up after a month of being stopped.

I stopped my server for just under a month as I was not playing ARK, but have a current and ongoing subscription with Survival Servers. I have tried to start up the server and restart the server but the server is still saying "Stopped" and is not appearing on the loading screen.

Any advice?
