Bilco 41 Report post Posted May 2, 2015 If you're having a problem with your server like "restarts" not working then you would need to create a support ticket. BennyBeatdown 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2015 Thank you, but here is my issue with that. when i do send a ticket it it never gives me my ticket number so i have no way to check on it. I have sent many in the past and never heard back. Recently i purchased some addons for my server on the 22nd of april and have not heard from them or recived them.
